Use mousewheel to Grow/Shrink Selection [works with any 3D software] [FREE]

Use this AutoHotKey script to grow/shrink vertex/edge/polygon selection without tearing your arm off the mouse!п

Installation:

First, install AutoHotKey script:

1. Download AutoHotKey 1.1 https://www.autohotkey.com/
2. During installation choose the x64-bit version
3. to run the AHK script double click on it

If you want the AHK script to start on system startup, then:

1. Make a shortcut for the .ahk file
2. Copy shortcut
3. Press "Win+R"
4. Type in shell:startup and execute
5. Paste shortcut here

Voila! You will have this script active whenever you boot up your computer 

Download AHK script editor:

For Modo:

• move "edgeRowExp_Con.pl" to the Scripts folder (in Modo click System>Open User Scripts Folder)
• move "GrowShrink.cfg" to the user Configs folder (in Modo click System>Open User Configs Folder)

For any other software:

• map grow/expand selection command to Shift+Up arrow
• map shrink/contract selection command to Shift+Down arrow
• map grow/expand loop selection command to Alt+Shift+Up arrow
• map shrink/contract loop selection command to Alt+Shift+Down arrow

• Спочатку встанови скрипт AutoHotKey:
• Завантаж AutoHotKey 1.1 https://www.autohotkey.com/
• Під час встановлення вибери 64-розрядну версію
• щоб запустити скрипт AHK, двічі клацни його

Якщо хочеш, щоб AHK скрипт запускався під час запуску системи, виконай такі дії:

• Створи ярлик для файлу .ahk
• скопіюй ярлик
• Натисни «Win+R»
• введи в shell:startup і натисни "Enter"
• встав ярлик сюди

Вуаля! Цей сценарій буде активним під час кожного завантаження комп’ютера

Завантаж редактор скриптів AHK:
